Q: Why do I sometimes get leads that are outside of the LTV parameters I have specified for a mortgage or reverse mortgage campaign? Is there any way to sort out the leads I do not want?

A: Go Campaigns has an outside contract firm that supplies leads that is sometimes unable to retrieve the exact LTV data required, so there may be a possibility that 2-5% of the prospects are outside of the exact LTV range specified in your search parameters. Future versons of LeadMiner will allow you to sort out these prospects automatically. Presently, these leads need to be sorted out manually.

Q: Do you sell the same leads you supply to other users as well?

A: No, your list of prospects is unique and the leads you receive are suppressed from any other orders for one year after they have been supplied to you.
